The National Museum of American Religion Lesson Plan InsertsThe National Museum of American Religion is developing “lesson plan inserts” designed to augment high school history class lessons with information about religion’s influence in American history. The first insert, “Religion and the U.S. Civil War”, is available here for download. This version includes references to the 2015 History and Social Science Standards of Learning for Virginia Public Schools. If you want a copy with reference to the educational standards of other states, please send an email to Chris Stevenson at [email protected].
